Exciting Mainstream Health Updates
What an amazing step in the right direction for the health of our country! This is a huge win to start out 2026! For a long time, it seemed like mainstream health guidance in the U.S. would only continue accelerating in the wrong direction. Seeing a shift back toward real, foundational nutrition is such a relief. It brings me so much hope.
I’m encouraged to see these foundational health priorities emphasized again:
- prioritize meat, eggs, and fish for protein needs
- whole food cholesterol is essential to the body
- whole grains and highly processed foods emphasized as the smallest part of the diet
Thank you Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for your efforts so far in helping the children of our country get healthier! I pray that the Lord protects this cause— and blesses you with wisdom and perseverance in all your efforts to continue educating the public on real and lasting health.
Proper Food & Clean Water
Proper human food is the foundation of health. Period. What we eat Isn’t just calories. It’s what our bodies use to be able to function in every capacity— physically, mentally, and emotionally. If we’re not eating the nutrients our human bodies require to function properly, our bodies can only run on fumes and toxins for so long without showing poor health. Since we moved away from whole foods with protein and healthy fats being the base of our American diet— it’s easy to understand how chronic illness and disease has skyrocketed in the last few generations in the U.S.
I also want to mention that alongside proper food is also clean water. Water that isn’t burdened with forever chemicals (like PFAS), pharmaceuticals, added fluoride, pesticides and herbicides, and other toxins found in our treated tap water supply around the U.S.
Proper food and water may not be everything for someone with existing chronic illness or disease, but they are the foundation of health. Without that foundation, lasting and generational health isn’t possible.

AMEN! Over the past four years, my health has improved dramatically as I’ve come to understand that some of the main triggers for my nightly migraines were food and chemical exposures. I feel so much better now that I eat a high-protein diet, avoid food older than four days, and stay away from high-histamine foods, food coloring, additives, and preservatives.
I’m also very mindful around chemicals—I wear gloves and a mask when I have to use them and avoid exposure as much as possible.
